Approach

Ironwood Design Group approached the Emmi Midtown project ingeniously and precisely, overcoming space limitations to integrate luxurious outdoor living elements on the 10th-floor amenities level. This elevated deck offers a refreshing retreat for residents, combining modern design with functional elegance.

The 10th-floor pool deck is a central feature, providing a serene escape within the bustling city. Adjacent to the pool, a summer kitchen and covered outdoor lounge with suspended fireplaces create inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing. The design ensures a seamless indoor and outdoor living blend, enhancing the overall residential experience.

Ironwood included spacious fitness facilities, a meditation room, and a yoga studio to cater to residents’ diverse lifestyle needs. These amenities, co-working spaces and indoor lounges designed with a hospitality feel, offer a comprehensive living experience that balances comfort and luxury.
