At the heart of this development is a contemporary pool, a refreshing retreat for residents. But it’s not just about the pool. Adjacent to it is a bustling retail and entry plaza, featuring a sizable movie screen that adds an entertaining dimension to the space. This plaza is more than just an entry point, it’s a catalyst for community engagement, aiming to bring residents closer and strengthen neighborhood bonds.

The urban dog park, a key feature of Upper Westside, is not just a space for pets, but a space that enhances the community feel.
