Block Five is a vertically integrated mixed-use project in the Brooklyn neighborhood of downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Five stories of Type IIIA wood frame construction sit atop a two-story Type I CIP concrete podium over one level of subterranean parking. The project houses 300 residential units and approximately 17,000 SF of street-level retail. An urban courtyard sits at grade along Park Street and a pool amenity courtyard sits atop the podium overlooking Oak Street.
