Manor Chamblee is a new mixed-use project is planned that will bring 382 apartments, 9,000 square feet of commercial retail/restaurant space, and a parking deck on 5 acres at 5154 in Chamblee, Ga.

APPROACH: Ironwood Design Group’s plan for this project is to bring forward the history of industrialization of the area with a contemporary twist. The use of materials mimics the previous times are paired with geometric installations that provide movement and unique textures.
