OVERVIEW:
Mayson Avenue will be a mixed-use planned development that would pave the way for up to 725 units with a mix of apartments, multifamily stacked flats, and townhomes.

APPROACH:
Ironwood Design Group has envisioned a modern theme for the property amenities, including an angular community pool, beer garden, and a community park. The signature amenity areas will have a central focus in the surrounding townhome community.
