OVERVIEW:
The Metro at Clearview is a 270-unit apartment complex on the site as part of a more extensive redevelopment of the 35-acre property in Metairie, LA. The proposed apartment complex at the recently renamed Clearview City Center. In addition to a planned $100 million overhaul of the 52-year-old mall complex, it will include an Ochsner Health center, outdoor event space, a new Regions bank branch, and new retail outlets.

APPROACH:
The team at Ironwood has been contracted to design two amenity courtyards, including a “resort-style” pool and cabanas, a yoga lawn, lounge area, grilling stations, sitting area, and a zen garden.
