OVERVIEW:
The area under development is an adaptive reuse of a former warehouse and industrial rail line in Southwest Atlanta. This revitalizing area follows the path of the more extensive Atlanta Belt Line that encircles the city, bringing new life to the previously overlooked region.

APPROACH:
The Murphy will feature traditional elements that will pay homage to its past yet deliver the modern and fresh architecture that future residents expect today and beyond. The use of materials like COR-TEN steel, linear concrete pathways, native grasses, and green walls will deliver height as well as soften the community spaces.

Our design principle of EXPERIENCE was utilized to drive visual unity and harmony within nature’s palette while creating inviting environments that flow naturally.
